It's never the same.  I took Jesus literally. When I'm talking to our Father, it’s the conversation of the day. He gave the apostles the Lords Prayer to use and we can use it, too.  

For me its just showing up. I sit. Sometimes I start with words: father/mother/gratitude. 

Sometimes I tone, and exhale on a tone until I can feel it, the  brain jam,  the vibrations of the sounds.  If there’s an issue or someone needs a blessing or spiritual connection, I'll work with that.  

I think doing the Centering Switches is good preparation.
