Bellow to Say Hello?

As he passes by
 He glances 
  Through the window pane.
He can see 
 All my pain.
I sit there silently
Trying to find some
 Peace of mind.
I know I can't  
 Sway myself
  To say hello.
I'm so full 
 I want to bellow.
All that noise 
 And constant poise
All must be constantly
 Working to see
  Who has the most glee.
They have to be in charge
 To lead the charge 
  To be the most large.
There's no room
 To listen.
Everything 
 Must glisten.
All must shine 
 On what they pine.
Though  it is nothing
 I have in mind.
All I want is someone
 To stop and care.
Not stare
 Wondering why 
  I'm not there
   Following their stare.
They're not going
 Anywhere I care.
I just want life
 To be laid bare.
There must be some truth
 Somewhere.
I look inside
 To hear
Bellow?
 To say hello?
