M. Scott Peck was an influential person. At the time, I contemplated the meaning of love. He defined it as the desire to good to one another. I got to where it didn't matter if they perceived it or not. It wasn’t up to me to have them "get it", it was up to God to have them get it. That was a big relief to me.
