*          Dear friends, I am Machiventa. Thank you for your intention setting tonight, to bring love and light to your friends and family, and to place yourselves directly in the presence of spirit. We join you there. Where we meet is where the Father is. See it as a great beam of light set right down in front of you all that you can connect to, both individually in your own place, and collectively in your minds and your imaginations. The act of intentionally intending to connect provides opportunities you may not always be aware of.

Part of the work we are doing here on Urantia is involved with paradigm setting, for there are so many groups intending to connect with spirit, coming from many different perspectives, with varying degrees of reality and myth and fantasy involved. Our efforts are to expand or to transfer the paradigms of these various groups and individuals so that their perspectives are more and more in line with reality over time. It is not so important that you have everything exactly correct as that you desire to know the truth and to follow when presented with it. This practice deepens as you spend that time and reflection in stillness, focused on connecting with the Source of Reality that may seem elusive to many, but, to use a modern common phrase, is really just “hiding in plain sight.”

As we communicate with you there are many ideas, pet phrases, hopes and wishes that do not always align with the actuality of what we are doing. And yet they do represent the noble and sincere attempts to make sense of this process and how it relates to you at the present time on your journey. We are less concerned with terms such as Teaching Mission or Correcting Time or this name or that name, than we are with redirecting and focalizing your intentions toward the practices that do matter and which will bring about awareness at a higher level over time - stillness, asking the questions of how you can be of service, forgiving yourself for your perceived transgressions so you can also forgive others for theirs - slowly bringing you into a place where undeniably you know that you are connected and can tap into those resources regularly. Many of you have come to this place and can trust that, aside from any biases or influences that may not be exactly perfect, you can have the general impression of what is good and right and true, and trust that you can manifest in this place.  Many, many, are not aware of this.

Often when we speak, we speak of the hopeful possibilities for your world in the times to come, but we also understand that we do not see time quite the same way that you do.  The accidents and misfortunes of time and space we often see as the struggle we‘re wading through to bring about directional flow toward higher ways and patterns. We forget sometimes that you are living the reality of these struggles day in and day out.

We want you to know that we do not dismiss the difficulties that you are facing on your world.  These are real to you even when they may not be the focus of our overall efforts. We are focused on Michael's mission, which is to build inroads to higher thinking which gradually can take place over time. But yes, at the same time, people still hurt; they still die; they still starve. If we were to focus on this, it would divert us from what needs to happen from a planetary and spiritual level over time.

So, as we communicate with you, we want you to know that we are here with you and although our focus may be not to fix everything in the moment, we are building the patterns that will ultimately bring about correction in the long term. The challenges of time and space and mortal living fall to you and we hope that you know that you have a vast host of spiritual support available. And we hope that you will have hope more often than despair. But still, you must live your life in this day and time.

Ask yourselves each day when you arise, when you connect with our Father, “What can I focus on that will be positive, be most beneficial for myself or for anyone in my proximity?,” and then trust that you are capable of following through on those leadings you receive. But also know that you, by your choices, are part of a higher plan, one that will take time, maybe multiple generations, but you are at the forefront of this effort trying to manifest as best you can what you perceive we are trying to tell you, and for that, we are deeply thankful.

Those are my words this evening, my friends, and I am present if there are questions. Your other teachers and friends are here as well if you want to share your inspirations. I am open.

Q1: Machiventa, I was literally thinking today that I want to talk to you. And so I think it's amazing that you showed up, and I hope you find this humorous, because there is humor in it, but I wanted to complain to the management. I want to complain to you guys, like, “Hey, have you all forgotten we are suffering?” I can't even believe that you are talking about this now, because this is what my work is about it to help people who are in suffering, that are truly suffering, that cannot find the light of day. They are so full of panic and fear and anxiety, anger, and rage.  It is just a hot mess. So your words fall on me like rain in the desert and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And yet, I also want to bring up the point that I've been mulling over all day long.  I really cannot see how we're going to be changing much without coming to some degree of war. Even in America that there is such animosity and hatred and distrust. People are operationalizing lying and are making it a part of what they're doing on the media so that you can't even trust what the media or professionals are saying. It is such a deep level of sabotage to the human's ability to find the truth when you don't know who to believe and you don't know about going within to find that stillness. Man, people are just completely lost right now, so I am deeply grateful for your recognizing and remembering that we are suffering, we really are.

So, my question to you is…I don't see how we can get out of this negative cycle when there's so much investment, so much power, so many political parties and billionaires that are dedicated to keeping us on this horrific track. I mean, to be honest, so here's my criticism: It sounds too simplistic to just close your eyes and go into Stillness. It does. So I don't know if you can give me any more meat around the bones here?

*          Machiventa: I understood your questions.  My friend, you are right.  A lot is happening and it seems systemic.  Some of it is.  You are right that I was perceiving your mood as part of my preparation for the dialogue this evening.

Q1: Well I hope you found some humor in it.

*          Machiventa: I hope you did.

Q1: Well I do now and it’s gratifying that you were that tuned in.  Thank you.

*          Machiventa: Thank you.  It may seem Pollyanna-ish and simplistic that love is the answer to every question, but it is also true.  How do you manifest this is perhaps the greater question.  It seems the largest level of confusion occurring at this time is due to a combination of misinformation, both purposeful and accidental - or incidental - and also the distractions of so much information in so many places to be had when one is looking outside of themselves for answers that they are not feeling satisfied finding from within.  Too many are afraid to be with themselves alone in the silence, quite frankly, because they don’t know what waits for them there, which is the greatest source of love and affection they could ever have.

We need people to remember what is important when this chaos, confusion, and distraction is so prevalent.  For communities know that goodwill, the kindness of strangers and neighbors, and working together to build parks and neighborhoods, they know this is beautiful and good and true when they are working together, when they are reminded that people are stronger when they are working for each other and with each other than they are when they are trying to defeat the evil perceived out there in the world.

Not to overlook that there are true difficulties out there, but let us call this upcoming period the “Great Period of Refocusing and Remembering and Knowing and Recognizing what is True and what Love is.”  It is difficult to go to battle with someone you love or that you like even, and care about.  How do you, as individuals, promote this very simple idea of love is the highest power and the greatest commonality you have?  Instead of delving deeply into partisan conversations, how can you transform the mindsets of those who do?  - to converse more from a place of recognizing the values and the good that each hold, rather than demonizing those who have differences of perspective.

The forces of Lucifer thrive on division and chaos, and while their predecessor may no longer be free to do those things, the ramifications are still there on Urantia.  People still strive to divide and conquer.  But if a concerted effort was made to remind each other of your connectedness and the goodness, then these machinations would dissolve or not carry weight so much, because people would be more focused on what each is saying and what they mean, rather than simply disliking because it’s different.  The resolutions of these problems on your world must begin in a place where people want to work together to understand and find the highest solutions rather than simply winning.  Almost every division has a solution that will take into consideration multiple sides of the conversation.  Neither side has the complete answer.

Q1: Well said.  So my follow up is, how do we transfer that dynamic from win-lose to working together if both sides aren’t willing to come together to have that dialogue?  It seems like the bad guy or one with bad faith holds the power or can ruin the deal.  I would like somehow for the person who has good intentions to have equal power.  It doesn’t seem on the human level that it works out that way.

*          Machiventa: This is why there are wars and rumors of wars, because the value systems are slanted toward those who have the most.  Recognize that even those who have a lot, such as these billionaires you mention, many of them still desire goodness even if a part of their psyche is warped on how to achieve it.  They are skewed toward what works to benefit them, first and foremost, and then look for how they can share that to some degree with others.

So the real challenge is how to change what is valuable in the mindset of people, and so, if money is the highest value, the masses strive for that because they feel this will give them the highest sense of value regardless of where they are currently.  The value must change from money to increasingly include or transform toward what is the best for everyone, what is good and true and beautiful.  Truly, your planet is at a place now that is closer to realizing this than you may recognize.  Many, many, many people are looking for something that makes them feel connected and a part of something and that includes caring and kindness.

These are the questions being asked, and we are working at break neck speed… this is humor, for I know you do not see it as such… but at our level, we are quickly escalating efforts to respond to all of those who are seeking and questioning from a spiritual perspective.  We are also working to enlist mortals who are able to reflect our thinking and share the hope that it is possible.  This is why I have said the potential for great change is here and that although things can seem scary and difficult, sometimes this happens right before a great change occurs.  It is not a guarantee.  Your current societies have a penchant for being distracted and not focused on what really matters, and so although it is possible they will get that inspiration, it wouldn’t be too difficult to see this slide back to a place where the focus and the questioning is lost.

That is why we are about our Father’s business to try and move this in a way that will not allow it to simply subside back into a place like wearing a pair of comfortable old shoes.  These are the questions to ask yourselves, for we know you have recognized the hope: How is it possible to make more people aware of this?  What would Jesus do?

Q2: In an effort to ratchet up a concerted effort toward the recognition and inspiration of the viewpoint of “love is the answer to everything,” planting the seeds of interest in that direction, how do you feel about turning loose these very lessons on public media, the lessons we are receiving from the hierarchy of celestial helpers?

*          Machiventa: I understand this motivation. We do not limit you from sharing our words. It may not achieve quite the recognition that you would hope for, only because it has a difficult origin story for people to accept and the eyes of criticism would look for the inconsistencies, rather than the values, which are harder to argue with. Not to say that these words, or some form or fashion of them, couldn't be creatively used to share a message. These are generally things we leave to you to discern how to use them, rather than directing that they be used. At the point in which we share, we release our ownership of the sharing and then it becomes open to how others would share what we have offered. This can be done in many ways, through your direct sharing of our words, through your artful means of transforming the concepts within our words, and through your direct actions in the world that reflect our words.

Q3: Machiventa, it makes me wonder, how are the younger generations doing? The kids?

*          Machiventa: We have a sense of conundrum about this, for, in some ways, they are more open to change and tolerant of difference than almost any generation previously. And yet there are levels of despair and disillusionment already that are significant. But they do yearn for something to be a part of that means something that isn’t simply a cynical viewpoint that they perceive comes from their parents and grandparents. As with most generations, they believe they can do it differently and be more free and more dynamic. With the right inspiration, who knows? Maybe they are right. But they do need inspiration.

Q4: What say you about their tenacity? Everybody wants to be a fighter until they get punched in the mouth. Do you perceive a sense they are willing to go the distance towards achieving their perception of freedom?

*          Machiventa: Thank you. As with most, they are all over the map, but they want to believe. They just don't want to be force fed some party line. The weakness is the lack of connectedness. It is too easy in this digital world to be isolated socially. Their strength is that they are less bound by societal norms. The “shall nots” are meaningless to them. They are open to finding something else. But until they are faced with it, it is difficult to say whether they are up to the challenge.

I would like to take a few moments to speak to those of you who are struggling with illness, with injury, with sore minds and hearts, uncertainties and the like. Yes, this means all of you.

Know that the transformation of your mind and heart and body is possible. Put yourself in alignment with our Father. Ask for clarity and allow it to fill you. You are already doing so much.  Even as you ask these questions in your few moments to sit and think and wonder about the direction of your world and their communities, much of the rest of your time is filled with trying to make a difference. Rest assured that you are not alone in this and that we, in the mission of Michael, are pursuing many things based on actions that have already been taken by you and those like you. We are not starting at square one here. We have years and decades, even centuries, of preparing for this time, and we will be here for years and decades and centuries making sure that what Michael has seen will become reality.

He desires that each of you be whole, healthy in mind and spirit and body, and confident and less troubled. Listen to our Father. You are capable of hearing His voice and knowing His presence and knowing the answers to your questions. Not one of you here tonight is incapable of this. Let the healing energy flow within you.

Q5: Perhaps more of a statement. But Machiventa, throughout your entire talk the phrase kept coming through my mind of “Let it begin with me.” And the focus came from the fact that we all have love within us, that it comes from God, it comes from our Maker, our Creator. And we heal the world by letting that love begin with me, each one of us, whatever sphere of influence we have.

That's my summary, taken away from your lesson today. I hope that's not misleading, but I have faith that love does overcome evil, and all love begins with me, and that love comes from my Creator and each one of us has that within us. Let it begin with me.

*          Machiventa: Yes, my dear. You speak quite clearly in relationship to your spirit, in sharing this tonight.

Q5: It was powerful, and I know that it came supported by your words and I thank you very much for your being with us so faithfully. We need you, and we are grateful to work for and with you.

*          Machivenata: Thank you for that and for your words shared. I would like to have you perceive or imagine what it would be like if this next generation up and coming were to truly understand Michael's message. How quickly the world could transform. Just as it is referred to in the Urantia Revelation, there are thousands of willing youth who are ready to rush forward in the Master's plan. It just needs to be made real - simple and real and attainable.

Q5: We are all vehicles and we can do something now, here, together and with the next person we encounter. Thank you, Machiventa.

*        Machiventa: Friends, I feel like there is one more question out there.

Q6: The messages circulating in my mind through the Indwelling Spirit I believe, is that citizens of the world need to greatly realize that they're not helpless pawns of elected or unelected government officials or the wealthy but they have the power and the ability as children of our Guiding Creator to speak truth to those in positions of authority because we are all freewill creatures of a loving and merciful heavenly Father whose indwelling presence is gifted to us, as we know, at a very young age. I believe that is what is starting to guide the new generation. I was happy to hear Machiventa’s comments on that and that there is hope out there and that older folks like us also want that hope for the next generations as well. And I believe the message of unconditional love that Jesus was so adept at integrating into his entire life ministry is just the most beautiful way to help our younger generations to understand how much power and influence they can have by acting in that sort of manner. I believe we can change the status quo. I know the younger generation is part of that legacy we could leave to help make those changes happen. To have them speak truth to people who are in positions, real or imagined, of authority, as well as challenging the status quo. I think younger generations are reticent to be sheep and are willing to voice their opinions. Having been involved in a number of campaigns and other issues on that front I know changes is possible, absolutely and wholeheartedly, and I thank you for your encouragement.

*          Machiventa: Thank you, my friend. This is a great summary and redirect from my comments this evening. And, yes, that power of caring and love, laced with kindness and truth, is mightily attractive, and thus, if some inspired people in this generation can pass it along, much is possible.

Q7: I would like to request to know how best to, I'm going to use the term loosely, evangelize the lessons that we get from our teachers and our guides and Michael and all the celestial beings that we are receiving lessons from, sometime in the near future, if it's available.  I know it's too late tonight to get into it, but is there something that we could talk about on what's best to evangelize with the younger generation because they're not interested in the main line religions, so to speak.  They want something new and exciting for them. It's just a request. Having said that, I thank you very much.

*          Machiventa: I will give you a snippet tonight. For, of course, these questions are best answered when in the quiet with your Inner Spirit, asking what you could best utilize to spread the message. It may be to ask yourself: What is the core principle being shared here? Not so much the dogma surrounding it, the who’s, the where’s, the what’s, but what is the value being shared in the lesson that could be transferred?  For we do not seek to be pro-Christian or anti-Christian or pro or anti any other religion. We want to transform, greedily, all of them. So, what message could unify people across all faiths? Questions to consider in your quiet time.

Thank you, my friends. Let's take a moment here to allow Michael's presence in and our Mother Spirit. Let them join our healing circle as we close this evening. Open yourself to this transforming power. Know that they yearn to be encircuited with you continuously. Let that presence fill you as we close tonight.
